Raj - this is so cool you guys produced the videos for Shop.org. I have to confess I only watched yours, but I think it was a great interview. You really speak well to “everybody being a WAL-MART” out there and about video’s ability to create better customer experiences for online retailers. One of my favorite lines is “until we have virtual reality for e-commerce, we have video for e-commerce.” Nothing comes closer to the offline experience than video. I see a lot of interest with major multi-channel retailers on this front. Some folks are doing some totally wild things that are sure to forever blur the lines between online and offline (like equipping in-store staff with wireless cameras so an online shopper can see merchandise streamed live from their local store - that’s killer). My observation is that most luxury and lifestyle brands are still somewhat confused when it comes to putting together an online video strategy. Interviews like this are really helping to validate the space and move it forward. Great work.
